Health Plan Debate Still Strong During Recess

Despite the August recess, Congressional Democrats and Republicans are still debating the merits and pitfalls of a new health plan.  Each side has developed a series of talking points that can be shared with constituents at home and used to help influence undecided Members this fall.  A recent report from Kaiser Health News provides an outline of the talking points used by each side.
