With prices for primary care increasing, some concierge medical practices provide personalized care for lower costs than traditional concierge care.  One Medical Group, was founded by Dr. Tom X. Lee, a physician, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Epocrates, an online medical reference program.  One Medical Group offers same day appointments, email communication at no extra charge, and accepts various insurance plans.
